Cookies and analytics

This website does not store cookies and does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or external fonts. We do not track who visits it.

The hosting company that runs the website (Vercel Inc.) records IP addresses and browser data in its server logs for technical reasons: to deliver the website and to protect it from attacks. We do not use these logs to analyse traffic.

Email correspondence

When you write to us at hello@sotelly.com, we process the data in your message: your name, email address, company and anything else you choose to include. We do this to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when you ask about working with us, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, that is our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
• Retention period: for as long as the correspondence lasts and, if we end up working together, for the period required by law or needed to establish, pursue or defend claims.
• Recipients: our email provider (Proton AG, Switzerland; the European Commission has recognised Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection) and, where needed, the firms that provide us with accounting or legal services.

We do not pass correspondence on for training AI models.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and data portability. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just write to hello@sotelly.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to your message.
